Express Shipping (DHL)
Delivered within 3–5 working days. This is the fastest and most reliable option for international delivery.
Standard Shipping
A more economical option with longer delivery times. Estimated delivery timeframes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Delivery timelines depend on destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.
Pre-order Items
- Pre-order items require additional processing time.
- Estimated delivery time for pre-order products is approximately 10 business days from the order date.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping under the following conditions:
- Vietnam — Free standard shipping on all orders
- Asia & Oceania — Free standard shipping on orders above $300 USD
- Europe & Rest of World — Free standard shipping on orders above $400 USD
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the required threshold. Please note that Express Shipping rates still apply if selected.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival.
We ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning all duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your local government and paid by the customer. You will be notified by DHL or your local carrier if payment is required to clear your shipment.
Please note that customs procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
