EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If the fit or feel of your garment is not as anticipated, you may exchange it for a different size or garment.

Condition: items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping fees: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

REFUNDS & DEFECTS

Refunds are not available unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective Items

In the rare event of a structural or textile flaw, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. Once the defect is verified, we will provide a full refund or a complimentary replacement, including all shipping costs.
